If I get the size down to a workable level, the quality takes a dive and it looks terrible and nothing else seems to help - I even remove parts and it barely makes a dent. It plays smoothly for me using an external player (barely), but is choppy about at times when using your embedded player. I've contacted the web hosting provider and they viewed the page and said the video seemed to play fine, continuously without needing to buffer but myself and my client who owns the website have the same problem of it stopping and starting. Stranger still, something I don't recall ever seeing on any other site with an embedded video, where you get the guide that shows you how much is embedded, normally the video only stops when it reaches the end or near the end of that buffer zone - but for some reason the video stops in the middle of that zone, when by all rights, it should be playing fine. I even managed to get the file size of the SWF down considerably from it's previous size and it's still doing it. This started when I was just using the regular embed media feature in Joomla 1.5, so I installed AllVideos and put the video into the page using that - only it still does the same thing. I'm trying to embed flash videos on an online store I'm building but a problem I continue to encounter is the video keeps pausing to buffer.
